About the Role
This is a full-time role for an Associate Wealth Management Advisor at Royal Wealth Partners. The AWMA will be responsible for a wide variety of the financial planning and investment management services we provide for our clients. In collaboration with our Lead Advisors, will focus on building and updating comprehensive financial plans, client service relationship management, creating and implementing recommendations, responding to client service requests, and preparing for client presentations and review meetings. This role will also correspond with clients to handle advisory service questions, prepare reports for planning and advisory review meetings, and participate in client review meetings with a lead advisor.
Core Responsibilities
● Supports senior team members by assisting in the creation of financial plans and helping prepare materials needed for client meetings and follow-ups
● Develops expertise in financial planning and familiarity with developing financial plans (PX) for clients.
● Execute financial plans & case prep
● Coordinate proactive client service
● Quarterback and resolve client service
● Reinforce and support client service schedule
● Primary & second seat on a subset of clients
Analytical Support
● Coordinates client service requests between investments, planning and insurance teams
● Attends client meetings and takes detailed notes
● Analyze client information and prepares reports and presentations
● Enters client information into various systems including financial planning and CRM
● Prepares financial plans and recommendations
Client Service:
● Answer basic questions for clients of fields client calls
● Maintains information in CRM system.
● Begins to sit in client meetings, taking notes and creating follow-up tasks
Firm Responsibilities:
● Understand and support the firm’s vision, mission, and strategy
● Engage in teamwork and teambuilding and integrate int to the culture of the firm
● Participate in the completion of strategic initiatives and projects
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree with major in finance, economics, accounting, financial planning, or related field required
● Prefer minimum of three-years’ experience in the financial services industry with a concentration in financial planning, securities, and investment operations
● FINRA Series 7 and series 63 licenses (or obtainable within 6 months on the job)
● Nebraska Life and Health Insurance License (or obtainable within 6 months on the job)
● CFP® designation (or obtainable within 2 years on the job)
