Wealth Management Specialist develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. May have the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.   • Job Summary:

    As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and callers in a dynamic shared space housing six businesses under the J.M. Arbour umbrella. Your warm and professional demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience at J.M. Arbour and its affiliated enterprises. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our shared office, ensuring that clients and colleagues from various businesses receive exceptional service while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Reception and Guest Services:

    • Welcome guests and notify the appropriate staff of their arrival.
    • Provide general hospitality for incoming guests (coats, refreshments, navigation).
    • Answer phones, screens, and direct calls.
    • Monitor all JMA voicemails.
    • Notify entities of scheduling changes with their own clients.
    • Monitor and distribute JMA email communication (once implemented).
    • Manage three conference rooms.

    Event Support:

    • Document RSVPs for JMA events.
    • Make reminder calls to ensure successful event attendance.
    • Prepare workshop or event packets as needed.
    • Implement event playbook checklists as appropriate.

    Clerical Duties:

    • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
    • Process outgoing mail, including letters and packages.
    • Oversee and update conference room calendars.
    • Maintain email lists.
    • Send greeting cards on special occasions.
    • Order flowers and gifts for various occasions.
    • Scan documents.
    • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

    Equipment, Supplies, and Facilities Management:

    • Stock and maintain printer room supplies.
    • Coordinate printer servicing as needed.
    • Order office supplies, janitorial supplies, and hospitality items as needed.
    • Organize and maintain the supply room.
    • Keep the reception area tidy and report any needed repairs.
    • Help to ensure a safe entryway into the building.
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the kitchen, meeting rooms, restrooms, and entryway.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (MS Office Suite, email, Gmail Suite, CRM systems, calendar applications).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
