Official Time Watch is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented watchmaker to join our team. Work with our Master Watchmaker and Owner with over 40 years experience fixing luxury watches. We specialize in Rolex and Omega repairs. We are looking for someone passionate about repairing watches as well as helping our customers feel at ease knowing their luxury and sentimental timepieces are being restored in the best possible way.

Responsibilities

• Repairs or replaces broken, damaged or worn parts in watches
• Adjusts and tests timepiece accuracy and performance
• Cleans watches
• Friendly personality with customers and fellow staff
• Reporting to Master Watchmaker
• Identifying root cause of problems and necessary replacements
• Exceeding customers expectations
• Creates estimates based on the repairs needed

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in high-end watchmaking industry
• CW-21 certification
• Ability to correctly place myriad of small parts in their proper positions
• Excellent dexterity and well-developed sense of touch
• Keen eyesight and focus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of watches
• Trustworthy and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Watchmaking: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CW-21 (Required)
