Hall’s Culligan of Ventura is looking for a self-motivated, results orientated individual to join our team as a Plant Associate/Route Driver.  Working as a Plant Associate/Route Driver, your daily responsibilities will begin in the Warehouse as you learn the necessary skills for success in your new role.  Once trained, you can expect variety in your day, serving as back up and support for our Route, Service or Sales departments. This position is starting at $19-$20 per hour, depending on experience!

Responsibilities

Plant Associate Responsibilities:

• All aspects of plant production/ water bottling; loading and unloading of empty and full bottles from production line
• Load and unload all product shipments
• Periodically clean and organize warehouse
• Continual maintenance of refurbished coolers and other equipment
• Provide shipping and receiving duties for outer locations and customers
• Abide by all required company policies, rules and regulations
• Conduct self in a positive and cooperative manner with co-workers and management
• May cover bottled water delivery route as needed

Route Driver Responsibilities:

• Drive a company truck (non-cdl) to deliver Culligan products to area residential and commercial customers according to daily route schedule
• Offer additional products and services to our valued customers
• Build strong customer relationships on an on-going basis with the objective of continuing and renewing business
• Exchange PE tanks and deliver bottled water 

Qualifications

• Motivated with the desire to lean and grow with our organization
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive for the company
• Must be able to lift/push/pull a minimum of 45lbs on a repetitive basis and up to 90lbs on Route Deliveries
• Forklift & Pallet Jack experience preferred
• Must be able to follow and execute manager instruction
• Excellent organizational skills a must
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active work environment
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
