Role Title: Waste Water Plant Manager

Reporting to: Operations Director

Line Management responsibility for: All yard personnel

Role Description:

The position reports functionally in to the Operations Director.

Tasks for the role include:

• Managing the operations of the waste water plant and all personnel.
• Ensuring personnel adhere to HCL policies on timekeeping, sickness reporting and any other relevant procedures.
• Effective and efficient utilisation of all personnel and equipment
• Ensuring all equipment is clean and in working order at all times.
• Undertaking light maintenance of machinery, reporting defects to the Operations Director in a timely manner.
• Ensuring personnel and visitors are compliant with HSE requirements.
• Providing and maintaining full written weekly reports as required under current legislation.
• Responsible for the tidiness of the site at all times.
• Liaising with HR on any disciplinary, performance or recruitment issues.
• Willing to sit WAMITAB professional qualification.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• CSCS card
• Full UK Driving Licence
