Waste Management Manager develops and implements procedures for the disposal of hazardous or contaminated materials per governmental regulations. Oversees the design and implementation of waste inspection, handling, and disposal systems. Being a Waste Management Manager trains staff in the safe and proper handling of waste materials. Monitors and reviews regulations and trends and maintains effective waste management policies and procedures that support business operations. Additionally, Waste Management Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Manager, Vendor Risk Management

    1. Develops and implements the risk management program in a manner that fulfils the mission and strategic goals of the organization. Complies with organizational policies, state and federal laws and accreditation standards related to corporate compliance, safety, security and risk management.
    2. Develops and implements systems, policies and procedures for the identification, collection and analysis of risk related information.
    3. Actively monitor contract renewals for vendors by partnering with contract owners to ensure timely signings and negotiations of contract terms are taking place.
    4. Select, train, develop and organize staff including delegating responsibilities/tasks for team members to carry out. Provide feedback and coaching to include timely completion of performance reviews.
    5. Educates all employee levels as to the vendor risk management program, and their responsibility in carrying out the vendor risk management program.
    6. Leads, facilitates and advises departments in designing risk management programs related to vendors within their own departments.
    7. Conducts unannounced financial audits of each Strategic Provider at least quarterly.
    8. Works with Audit Committee of the Board to investigate reports of wrongdoing related to fraud, fiscal mismanagement or misappropriation of funds as related to vendor risk management.
    9. Provides reports at least semi-annually to executive leadership and Audit Committee on matters relating to audit findings, and investigation and response to complaints of suspected wrongdoing as described in corporate compliance program.
    10. Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
