Waste Management Manager develops and implements procedures for the disposal of hazardous or contaminated materials per governmental regulations. Oversees the design and implementation of waste inspection, handling, and disposal systems. Being a Waste Management Manager trains staff in the safe and proper handling of waste materials. Monitors and reviews regulations and trends and maintains effective waste management policies and procedures that support business operations. Additionally, Waste Management Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Waste Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     The Branch Manager Role Responsibilities include:

    • Provide on-site day-to-day management and supervision of branch employees.
    • Trains new employees and develops their skills and understanding of company policies and all phases of branch operations, procedures and laws governing the consumer finance business.
    • Keep the District Manager up to date on the overall performance of the branch.
    • Provide leadership necessary to motivate employees and create and maintain a high degree of branch production by achieving company standards.
    • Maintain consistent growth in accounts and receivables through obtaining new borrowers and retaining existing borrowers.
    • Prepare reports as required by management
    • Maintain good customer relations
    • Maintain internal audits to satisfactory or better.
    • See that all delinquent work is completed each day.
    • Handle all serious customer issues that require management assistance.

    The ideal candidate for the Branch Manager role will:

    • Have 2 or more years of experience in managing a branch or equivalent experience
    • Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of self-confidence, job knowledge, communications skills and organizational skills.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills.
    • Should have some knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
    • Must be able to understand, handle and produce loan documents.
    • High school diploma
    • Some college preferred

    This position may require occasional travel.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $17.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
