Your expertise with both iA American and TPA (third-party administrator) products will be invaluable as you facilitate resolution by working with internal IT resources, TPAs, and third-party providers. In addition: You'll provide support to the Install Team to set up dealers for e-rating, e-contracting, and remitting business through a variety of digital platforms. Perform triage and troubleshooting on new cases as they come in, providing solutions, initiating established processes to move towards solutions, or escalating as appropriate. Manage and maintain login credentialing for all iA American portals. Is this you? 2-5 years experience in customer service and a technical helpdesk support role. An associate's degree or equivalent experience. It's a big plus if you've worked in automotive and have used Salesforce!
