Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Warranty Department Leadership: Lead and manage the warranty department, providing guidance and support to warranty administrators.
Warranty Claim Oversight: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of warranty claims, including verification, documentation, and approval.
Customer Relations: Handle escalated warranty issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis: Analyze warranty claim data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-effective solutions.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve warranty claim processing workflows and systems.
Compliance: Ensure that all warranty activities adhere to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
Training: Provide training and development opportunities for warranty department staff.
Reporting: Generate reports on warranty claim statistics, trends, and key performance indicators.
Cost Control: Manage the warranty budget and work to control costs while maintaining high-quality service.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as service and quality control, to resolve warranty-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in warranty management, ideally in the commercial truck industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
In-depth knowledge of warranty guidelines and best practices.
