Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Manager to oversee all aspects of our product warranty program. The Warranty Manager will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, communicating with customers and suppliers, analyzing warranty data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing and maintaining warranty guidelines and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warranty department, including processing warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address warranty-related inquiries and concerns
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvements to products or processes
- Develop and maintain warranty guidelines and policies to ensure compliance and consistency in warranty claims processing
- Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, and customer service teams to proactively address potential warranty issues and develop solutions
