This position will be responsible for assisting in the management of relationships within our current customer base. As warranty coordinator you will process warranty claims and assist customers through the entire claims process. Your responsibilities include collecting data from production & engineering, communicating with the customer, processing warranty claims, tracking parts, and assessing warranty coverage limits. As Sales Support you will be a point of contact for some of our largest customers, assisting the sales team by providing pricing, providing current order status updates, processing new orders, and addressing general inquiries. The individual will also closely interact with team members to define product improvements, price out new product improvements and help manage on-going customer related projects.
Additional responsibilities…
· Oversee the chassis check in process and ensure all certifications are entered into an online portal.
· Serve as Administrative assistant to the Senior Manager of Sales and the inside sales team.
Requirements for the Position:
· Experience coordinating and processing warranty claims
· Experience with Project/Customer Management
· Exceptionally professional
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Self-starter that takes ownership and initiative
· Exceptional written and oral communication
· Experience with customer interaction and problem solving
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
· Experience in the transportation field is a PLUS
