Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including stock management, order fulfillment, and inventory control. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory

- Pick and pack orders for shipment

- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records

- Operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and other mechanical devices

- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space

- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to ensure efficient operations

- Assist with order fulfillment and distribution center activities

- Fabricate packaging materials as needed

- Clean up and organize the warehouse

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Proficient in inventory control procedures

- Mechanical knowledge for operating warehouse equipment

- Experience with order fulfillment processes

- Familiarity with stock management systems

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs, and stand for long periods of time

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
