The Warehouse Supervisor is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. Individual must possess great attention to detail and a business mindset. Responsible for the efficient operations of the warehouse.

Primary Duties:

• Set priorities, work assignments and provides direction and feedback to all associates within the warehouse
• Track results and report metrics for all inventory/quality related events
• Responsible for daily/weekly inventory count. Reconcile and process all adjustments
• Investigate all overages/shortages of inbound/outbound shipments
• Own warehouse internal and external quality & process programs
• Train, enforce and effectively communicate all company policies and procedures
• Maintain safe warehouse practices and procedures throughout the facility by driving safety compliance
• Create and foster culture for continuous improvement, compliance, and accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 Years or more Warehouse Supervisor experience
• 1 Year or more Inventory experience
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
• Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, WMS, and Outlook.
