Additionally, Warehouse Supervisor utilizes a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other system to track and analyze processes and performance. Implements strong safety polices and procedures. Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Warehouse Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Warehouse Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Supervisor, Distribution Center (Lab) is responsible for managing and directing the daily operations of the Distribution Center, including but not limited to supporting order processing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, tracking of lot numbers and expirations of dated material, managing departmental receiving, shipping along with ensuring DaVita Labs quality and policies are not compromised. Managing supply and inventory of all related support to both internal and external customers in order to meet departmental SLA (Service Level Agreement). This position reports to the Manager, Distribution Center (Lab).
