As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and building strong online communities. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage social media campaigns from ideation to execution, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics to measure the success of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications:

Communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools and social media management platforms
- Proficient in content creation and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a bonus
