Job Summary : Responsible for oversight of warehousing, space and volume planning, 3PL and lease contract management of storage and fulfillment needs for a broad range of products.
This management role collaborates between various our client(TSI) departments, third party logistics providers (3PLs), raw material vendors, customers and manufacturing points to safeguard logistics and supply chain demands.
This role also involves management of a team assembled to supply storage and facility needs for specialized programs and products.
Additional activities include serving as a key SME for future site selection and or warehousing needs for a broad portfolio of services.
This role will also manage the proper daily processing of distribution operations, success of new product introductions, help control costs and manage budgets, along with handling any non-conformance in quality of shipping and security of products.
