We are expanding and need an exceptional General Manager to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
• Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ordering to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies to operate efficiently.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new employees, and provide ongoing training and development to the existing team.
• Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with the local community and participate in community events to promote the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10 years operational leadership in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
• Leadership: 5 years managing direct and/or indirect reports. Regional leadership and oversight experience preferred.
• People Skills: You pride yourself on your customer service skills and your ability to make people feel at home. Ability to maintain a passionate and energetic mindset, build relationships inside and out of the business.
• Adaptability: You can smoothly navigate stressful moments and create a positive atmosphere for the team and guests.
• Problem-Solving: You are solution-focused and resourceful, able to find resolutions to situations quickly.
• Time Management: You can manage time effectively and prioritize tasks without skipping a beat.
