This role is integral to our business, requiring a dynamic individual who can manage a range of responsibilities from shipping and loading to inventory control. The position is physically demanding and requires a comprehensive understanding of warehouse functions. Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions
• Ensure excellent customer service from all warehouse employees
• Manage employee schedules and arrange cover for absences
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate deliveries
• Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Unload delivery trucks and inspect materials for damage
• Ensure correct receipt and storage of incoming materials
• Coordinate the loading of customer and installer trucks
• Document additional materials used and returned by installers
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree
• Ability to operate a forklift, banding, and wrapping machines
• Experience with cut tables is beneficial
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and with others
• Must be well organized and have a technical aptitude
