We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Baton Rouge, LA area. Ice Cream Warehouse is an ice cream distributor throughout the South East. This is a blooming location with potential for large growth. Experience within the convenience store/small format grocery is required.
Must have flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
· Create & implement strategies and plans to earn new customers through methods such as cold- calling, visits to businesses, emails and other direct marketing campaigns.
· Decide the terms of discounts and special pricing plans.
- Set team and track individual and store goals to achieve market performance goals. Train and coach behaviors to achieve goals. Recognize results
· Analyze data and conduct market tours to determine preferences of customers to focus sales efforts.
- Ensure execution of all retail and commercial in-store selling programs and promotions.
· Evaluate performance of sales staff and recommend or instruct on methods of improvement.
