Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain warehouse operational procedures to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of products
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize processes and meet company goals
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff

Experience:

- Proven experience in warehouse management with expertise in dispatching, profit loss, supply chain management, budgeting, transportation planning, operations management, systems, production planning, and transportation management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus two-four years related experience, required

-Valid Driver's License, required

-Certified Forklift operator, preferred

Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
