JOB OVERVIEW
The Key Objective of the Warehouse Manager is to contribute to the growth and profitability of Multi-Pak by developing and executing the future strategy for our warehouse operations, while tightly managing the current warehouse day-to-day activities. This professional multitasker will set operational standards, work instructions, and training plans so the warehouse will operate at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal. They will review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met. A strict disciplinarian, they will ensure the warehouses are always audit ready.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Fifteen plus years of warehouse experience.
· Experience managing shipping, receiving and inventory functions in a manufacturing concern with 1,000 plus components.
· Expertise in various computer and warehouse management programs, specifically, in the short-term QuickBooks and Excel.
· Knowledge of cGMP’s and FDA regulated industries.
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Bi-lingual is a plus (English-Spanish).
· Certified trainer for various warehouse equipment.
