You support our team as
Responsibilities
- Handle materials and ensure their efficient and timely delivery to the production line
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or issues in the production process
- Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot and address any operational challenges
- Practice lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in nonwoven or textile production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with process control systems and quality inspection techniques
- Forklift experience preferred (will train if no prior forklift experience)
