Wafer Process Technician jobs in Omaha, NE

Perform and supervise various quality attributes testing to assure that finished products meet OSI standards, customer standard and industry standards.

• Perform all jobs in a manner that assures maximum possible personal safety, food safety and product quality.

• Perform all task which require the ability to complete and accurately evaluate paperwork

• Perform tasks including evaluating products against perform and quality specifications

• Knowledgeable of all product specifications

• Knowledgeable of an ensure proper set-up and operation of all equipment in the cook Area

• Accurate and timely completion of all paperwork if needed in Formax area

• Temperature per HACCP plan area and product

Other duties may be assigned

Must be able to read and write in English.

• Must be able read a scale and document weights to lot sheets and SAP.

Must be able to obtain Lockout/Tagout Certification

May be required to obtain a power Walker License

Must be able to become HACCP certified.

GED/HS diploma
