Wafer Process Technician performs tests and experiments required for wafer processing. Sets up processing equipment and performs minor adjustments to equipment within guidelines. Being a Wafer Process Technician designs and executes test runs and disseminates results to facilitate engineering designs. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Wafer Process Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Wafer Process Technician works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Perform and supervise various quality attributes testing to assure that finished products meet OSI standards, customer standard and industry standards.
Other duties may be assigned
Must be able to read and write in English.
Must be able to obtain Lockout/Tagout Certification
May be required to obtain a power Walker License
Must be able to become HACCP certified.
GED/HS diploma
