Module integration engineer (MI engineer) for FEOL, MOL, BEOL and 3DI/HI development activities for logic device and memory devices. MI engineer is a key position in TEL Technology Center, America, LLC (TTCA) to drive semiconductor technology development activities related to pitch scaling, new materials and new device architectures.

Module integration intern (MI intern) will work closely with MI engineers to support technology developments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for wafer management and process experiments.
• Obtain evaluation data including process, inline metrology, electrical test results and physical analysis.
• Aid in automation of data analysis and statistical correlations to accelerate process evaluations.

Qualifications:

• A current college student pursuing bachelors or advanced degree in nano technology, or related field
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Experience with Microsoft VBA or other programming languages (R, python, etc.) for statistical processing and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to take direction and feedback, also work independently when required.
• Ability to perform inline measurements with physical analysis tools desired; Hitatchi XSEM, Hitachi CDSEM, XPS, electrical test prober. If needed, trainings will be provided.
• Trainings will be provided for the logistic systems used as well as basic semiconductor process flow if needed.
