We are a locally owned and operated custom marine canvas shop that has been located right here in Ft Walton Beach for over 25 years. We have a need for an entry level helper that wants to learn and grow with this great company into a lead installer or lead fabricator role.

We have maintained a great reputation based on high quality materials, customer service and installation of boat upholstery, awnings, boat covers and enclosures just to name a few and are only looking for 1 candidate to fill this entry level, but important role in this company.

What we need from you is honesty, integrity, hard work, show up daily for assigned duties and willing to do whatever is needed to help production until you're ready to take on bigger responsibilities.

What we will give you is a fair wage based on your ability, as your ability improves so does your pay, medical benefit, laid back but serious environment, no dress code except company provided shirt and above all, someone who fits the dynamic of this small but busy custom canvas and marine fabrication shop.

This position has shop time in the nice cool AC but it also has in the field install time in the heat of Florida, we will prepare you for both aspects of this position. We encounter customers and owners regularly so smoking and other things that would be deemed as offensive will not be allowed. This position requires cleaning, physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs. We would love to find a good fit for us and make this a home base that you can be proud of for years to come.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
