Being a Wafer Fabrication Operator ensures the quality of final product and provides reports to management. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Wafer Fabrication Operator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Wafer Fabrication Operator possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. This is a 2nd SHIFT - 10 hour, 4 day week schedule Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Candidate must be able to work overtime when needed, which may include Fridays and Saturdays.

Summary:
Operates power fabrication machines to cut, bend or punch copper tubing parts. Moves material to and from work areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cuts, bends and punches copper parts in accordance with production guidelines.
Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
