Wafer Fabrication Operator jobs in Lima, OH

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Work with Millwrights, Fabricators, and other field personnel to complete projects

· Provide a helping hand with Press Brakes, Shears, rolls if working in the shop

· Work safely while in the field completing various tasks on customer sites

· Self-develop and learn the skills needed to advance in the industry as a field employee

· Attend and obtain knowledge in all trainings provided to follow Safety policies

· Be able to work well with other team members

· Become fluent with operating power industrial equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and Aerial Lifts

· Organize and clean your work area at the end of the day

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for maintaining company tools while using them

· Participate in the processes of continuous improvement

· Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization’s goals

· Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, Ability, Education, Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED is preferred

· Various Construction experience is preferred

· The ability to read blueprint drawings is preferred

· Detail oriented and strong math skills

· High level of energy and motivation

· Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend and holiday work when required

· Must comply with QWF core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

· Required – Valid Driver's license or reliable transportation to the jobsite or shop
