    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Volunteer Services Coordinator: The responsibilities of the Coordinator will be to plan, implement and direct the overall delivery of services by ECRMC volunteers to support the needs of the institution.
    • High School Diploma
    • Two (2) to five (5) years related experience in working with volunteers, and planning and implementing development and fund raising activities.
    • Speak, Read and Write English and Spanish
    • New hires are required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19, no later than the first day of work, or sign a declination statement for employee’s medical contraindication or sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.
    Position Pay Range: $22.90- $37.71/hour
    In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
