Education & Experience:
- High School degree or equivalent experience in Volunteer Management
- Experience with volunteer management, scheduling, recruitment, and retention.
- Experience in team and/or volunteer supervision, and a working knowledge of community resources is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with Volgistics, CareVantage, and/or other database systems preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Non -Exempt position with starting hourly $15.71 - $17.95, which will be adjusted for experience.
