    Summary:

    Yorktown systems Group is seeking highly qualified Strategic Plans & Communications Analyst to provide professional services and support to the TRADOC Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2) Operational Environment (OE) and Core Functions. The Operational Environment (OE) is a composite of the conditions, circumstances, and influences that affect the employment of military forces and bear on the decisions of the unit commander. As an organic, complex system, the OE provides the common framework in which warfighting programs and strategies are conceived, defined, and executed. It is a living foundation in which choices made, by adversary and allies alike, affect the outcome of the future which must be accounted for. As adversary's asymmetrical approach to warfare continues to generate greater complexity and flexibility, the government's requirement for similar complexity and adaptability in Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) escalates correspondingly.

    TRADOC Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2)'s mission is to understand, visualize, describe, deliver & assess the OE in order to reduce risk and prevent surprise; today and into the future 2035 . TRADOC G-2 is the designated Lead for Core Function #13 Operational Environment; the process of developing, verifying, validating, accrediting, and providing OE products and services represents an authoritative, validated OE contextual baseline for TRADOC users and operational forces in the areas of training and training development; education; leader development; concept and doctrine development; and capabilities development, integration, and evaluation.

    Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Provide strategic and operational planning and support to organizational communications plans Coordinate with TRADOC organizations, joint agencies, and HQDA to support execution of TRADOC G-2 programs and projects
    • Manage development and maintenance of TRADOC G-2's OE Enterprise Plan major objectives, tasks, metrics and milestones
    • Manage OEE SMS initial and subsequent update data entry in support of OEE linkage to both the TRADOC Strategic Plan (TSP) and the Army Campaign Plan (ACP)
      • includes management of a monthly "battle rhythm" that coordinates, synchronizes and supervises the quality of OEE subordinate organization inputs with the TRADOC battle rhythm for TRADOC Synchronization Meetings (TSM) and the TRADOC battle rhythm linkage to Army Campaign Plan (ACP) in support of HQDA ACP Performance Assessments (PA).
    • Conduct Strategy and Plans development, writing, and coordination based on the TRADOC G-2 and higher headquarters guidance and requirements
    • Provide staff analysis and advice to senior leaders on the status of TRADOC G-2 initiatives
    • Assist with responding to requests for information (RFIs) related to TRADOC G-2 missions
    • Support development of strategic themes, messages and talking points appropriate for stakeholders, ensuring they are nested with TRADOC G-2 plans
    • Development, implementation, and analysis of organizational metrics.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must have 12 years' experience in the below related tasks:
      • Provide strategic and operational planning and support to organizational communications plans
      • Coordinate with major commands, joint agencies, and HQDA to support execution of programs and projects
      • Manage development and maintenance of major objectives, tasks, metrics and milestones
      • Manage initial and subsequent update data entry in support of linkage plans, similar to both the TRADOC Strategic Plan (TSP) and the Army Campaign Plan (ACP)
    • Former Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Chief Warrant Officer, or Field Grade Officer (O-4, O-5, O-6) is preferred.

    Clearance: Top-Secret with SCI eligibility clearance is required

    Location: Primarily Fort Eustis, VA, with 1 CME at Fort Leavenworth, KS

    Travel: Limited (less than 5%) travel is required
