Responsibilities Develop ad hoc reports, dashboards & visualizations from multiple data sources to support business operations using Tableau and Excel Ensure clear definition of reporting and data requests before beginning implementation Analyze trends to identify experiments for our optimization team Help drive a data-first culture that builds data literacy and curiosity throughout the company Assist in the advancement of data governance principles and initiatives with various stakeholders Be a thought partner for all matters related to data and overall strategy for those brands Troubleshoot and analyze reporting and data warehouse issues' root causes Requirements 5 years experience in analyzing data and communicating insights in a clear, concise way without sounding like a robot Experience creating dashboards in Tableau Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with a subscription-model business (traffic, conversion rate, churn, etc.) is a plus Stellar written and verbal communication skills Ability to tell the story in a clear, compelling way Exceptional attention to detail Experience working with a centralized data warehouse, including data mining and extraction Basic SQL skills; experience with Postgres (PostgreSQL) preferred Exposure or working knowledge of Alteryx is a plus Experience manipulating data; joining multiple sourced data, basic “cleaning” of data, creating metrics from multiple fields, etc. Ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with a “consultative” approach and drawing from the fact that you are the data subject matter expert Ability and desire to be proactive with data insights Ideal candidate would get excited about data and technology This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Pay Transparency Disclosure: The estimated base salary range for this position is $50,000-$80,000. The final salary offering will take into account a wide range of specific and relevant factors, including experience, accomplishments and location.
