Key responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain IPC and Verint Call Recording systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system and end-user issues as they arise, including on-call support as needed.
* Perform regular system checks and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
* Work closely with other team members, leads, and management to develop and implement system improvements.
* Provide technical support and training to end users.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration and operation.
* Work in compliance with company policies and procedures, including adherence to data security protocols.
Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):
* IPC or Verint or Avaya or Cisco Call Recording systems.
* Proficient in system troubleshooting and problem resolution.
* Strong understanding of telecommunication and VoIP systems.
