We are starting new team members at $13.00/hour (payroll is done weekly via direct deposit) with an additional $1.00/hour attendance bonus paid out monthly. In other words, if your attendance is impeccable for the month, you will earn an extra dollar for every hour you worked for that month, paid out as a bonus on the first payroll that covers the end of the previous month.
The primary responsibility of our team members is to answer telephone calls assigned to them in a professional manner, following the scripts and confirming information on each call.
In addition, our team members must be able to:
The biggest challenge of our environment is that every call is different, never monotonous and you are constantly changing gears. One call may be for an apartment complex where there is a water leak and the next may be a patient calling in for their doctor. No day is the same!
We operate 24/7/365. This particular position involves evening and weekend shifts (typically in the 1:00pm - 11:00pm window of time), so availability is crucial. We try to rotate schedules on a 4 week rotation plan where a team member may work Saturday and Sunday this weekend, but then would have Sunday off the next weekend, and Saturday off the following weekend, and then on the 4th week, have the entire weekend off.
We offer extra work bonuses, we do company food events and celebrate milestones for team members. We offer performance bonuses and company recognition for team members too!
If this sounds like something you would enjoy and you meet the above criteria, we look forward to hearing from you!
