    What success looks like in this role:

    * Utilizes strong product, technology and industry knowledge to provide tier 2 support and services within the telecommunications environment for all Unisys' facilities in voice, video and data communications.
    * Collaborates with network engineers to produce detailed physical architectures that will lead to timely and successful deployment of management and automation systems.
    * Understands the functionality and capability of a core set of telecom infrastructure tools and provides guidance on the configuration and deployment of telecom infrastructure tools.
    * Recommends process/procedure improvements as discovered.
    * Completes assigned activities within schedule.

    * AV management of EVS style Meeting Rooms and medium-sized conference and presentation spaces at various locations

    * Unclass and Classified VTC network management (servers, appliances, physical endpoints), room maintenance on all AV gear including: matrix switchers, DSP servers, transmitters and receivers, control systems, lamp and laser projector systems, flat panel displays, video walls, Smartboards, digital signage management, scalers, room controllers, mics, amps, Distribution amps, cabling, Lutron systems, etc.

    * Daily VTC connection support including off-hour support. Conference kick-offs, schedule changes, resource management, user portal management and access. VTC Support mailbox

    * Domestic and International clients and customers

    * VTC Dry run support with new clients and existing (maintain capabilities)

    Webcast support of: Town Halls, Lectures, Financial recordings, Company events (All set up live support, and break down of A/V, webcast equipment)

    Development of upgrade and downgrade procedures and Security plans for all VTC/AV related hardware across various networks

    * Design and Engineer Lead for EVS rooms, Presentation spaces and AV/VTC infrastructure upgrades and refreshes. Integration of legacy hardware with new equipment

    You will be successful in this role if you have:

    SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED TO SECRET LEVEL

    * University degree or equivalent experience with a focus in applied sciences or engineering
    * Minimum of 5 years experience in programming call flows and testing solutions and contact center/solution design
    * Knowledge and experience working in an ITIL driven environment
    * Requires a solid understanding of call center operations, administration processes, network and communication protocols, and lifecycle solution development.

    * Knowledge of Crestron and Extron Control Systems including the use of Crestron toolbox and Extron configuration software

    * Familiar with AV bridges and soft client videoconferencing platforms

    * Cable pull and termination experience helpful

    * Familiarity with Visio for planning and documentation
