Project Overview: 

• Alignment of phone systems for a uniform patient experience across over 100 clinics for a major health system. 
  

Project Goal:

• Provide all clinics with a phone tree without any dead ends.
• Provide the ability for patients to dial in and have call overflow to a call center.
• Provide the call center with call metrics.
• Work with Office Managers to migrate the current phone system to a uniform experience.

Requirements: 

• Knowledge of the Avaya Phone System for the enterprise - a huge plus
• An individual who can work in a difficult environment where many tasks are ongoing.
• Knowledge of Avaya Cloud Office or RingCentral cloud system.
• Knowledge of Call Center environments.
• Understand Call group - Masking of phone lines and phone presence buttons for H323 phones.
• Working with clients that have various phone systems is a large plus:
• Partner
• Summit
• Magix Phone system
• Vodavi
• Understanding of SIP, PRI, Phone tree setup.
• Understand call metric software.
