As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

You will work closely with our Visual Merchandising Director to bring our store displays to life and ensure our shelves are always stocked with enticing products.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Director to execute captivating display and window concepts at our store locations.
• Assist in the daily restocking of displays, ensuring our products are presented in an organized and visually appealing manner.
• Prepare and update store displays for in-store events, promotions, and seasonal changes, creating an enchanting shopping atmosphere.
• Coordinate the rotation of store displays and inventory to and from the warehouse, keeping our displays fresh and enticing.
• Work closely with the marketing department to bring seasonal themes and brand messaging to life through visual displays.
• Assist and support creative contractors in implementing captivating store window displays that attract and engage customers.
• Participate in planning and supervising large store moves during festive seasons, ensuring a seamless transition for our customers.
• Some travel between Memphis and Nashville may be required.
• Jump in and provide store sales coverage when needed, utilizing your exceptional sales skills.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or related field preferred, but not required.
• Strong creative and artistic skills, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
