Job Overview:
The Director, Visual Merchandising and Windows (VMW) inspires and guides the store team to deliver environments filled with creative energy and aspirational yet approachable style. The VMW role models a strong creative sense of fashion leadership balanced with an understanding of metric driven commerce. The VMW drives front of house planning in store to ensure day in/day out merchandise presentation techniques and promotional calendar are executed and consistent with corporate visual merchandising. Additionally, the VMW develops and installs window designs concepts to support campaign planning events. The VMW leads their team to deliver a customer centric fashion leadership vision through our merchandise strategies, fashion trends, prototypes, and alignment to omni-marketing campaigns. The VMW is responsible for coaching, training, and developing their visual and merchandising teams. Perform other duties as assigned.
