font-size : 10pt; background : transparent The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for delivering a timely execution of the Event Calendar and to deliver a consistent in-store experience for our customers that meets or exceeds their expectations and to improve the overall standards in our stores one department at a time.
The Visual Merchandising Specialist will also be instrumental in elevating visual standards in coordination with the in-store events.
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesDepartmental Clean-upsUtilize merchandise standards manuals to deep dive and bring to brand standards a specific departmentExecute workload according to workload calendar and event directivesEnsure clean-up is completed on time in alignment with the marketing eventWork collaboratively within the store teamFollow up with the Visual Merchandising Manager on any opportunities before and after the clean-up is completeDepartment ReinventionsPlan the department reinventions utilizing the standards manualDeliver reinvention on the agreed upon timelinePlan work according to workload calendarFollow the direction as specified in the merchandising standards manualCommunicate any issues when setting the reinvention to the Store DirectorComplete any new signing directives associated with the reinventionCommunicate daily with Visual Merchandising ManagerClearance Execution EventsResponsible for redline / green line markdownsInventory supplies prior to beginning any markdown projectMark and label each item and move to appropriate shelfPlace stickers in a visible location on the productUse appropriate signageRefer to the most current version of the clearance guide to ensure accurate execution.
