About the Role
As a member of the Rhone team, The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the execution of our visual merchandising initiatives and ensuring adherence to company guidelines across all stores. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with Store Managers and teams to maintain brand standards, communicate principles effectively, and drive flawless execution of initiatives. In partnership with the Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising, you will identify and address visual merchandising training needs for in-store teams, including seasonal training, campaign rollouts, and sales floor updates. Additionally, you will collaborate to ensure the successful and timely delivery of new store openings.
What you’ll do:
Support the execution of all Rhone visual merchandising initiatives and implementation of company’s guidelines. Drive flawless execution of these initiatives in collaboration with store teams.
Work closely with Store Managers and teams to execute brand standards at the store level.
Positively communicate the Rhone VM principles in sync with the retail leadership team, while actively demonstrating confidence, creativity, and collaboration.
Ensure all VM and Marketing direction is cascaded to all stores and implemented efficiently and effectively.
Contribute to the development of best practice processes, standards, and operational plans for retail and support the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.
In partnership with the SR. VM, regularly monitors business operating results and provides additional feedback focussing on specific identified underperforming doors to drive performance and increase focus on results.
Travel local store locations every week to ensure consistency is maintained throughout the fleet and all VM updates are communicated to Sr. Manager.
Partner with Sr. Manager of Visual Merchandising to identify and address all VM training needs for in-store teams including seasonal training, new campaign rollouts, sales floor updates, etc.
Collaborate with Sr. Manager to ensure successful and timely delivery of New Store Openings (NSO’s).
Open to additional projects and tasks as deemed necessary.
What you’ll bring:
5 years experience working in a premium retail apparel environment.
2 years experience in retail visual merchandising and delivering consumer in-store experience
Strong eye for design and attention to detail
You are a self-starter capable of operating semi-autonomously but always collaboratively
You are enthusiastic and passionate
You are a team player who is not afraid to take on additional assignments that appear above or beneath you
You have strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills and can effectively communicate remotely
You can prioritize and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
You are willing to learn, are open to feedback, and take action as required
You are proficient with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite of products
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts as well as the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
