    As a Senior Director, Merchandising for Major Appliances, you'll spearhead a cross-functional buying matrix team, shaping strategy, managing budgets, and fostering profitable growth. Your ability to forge strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders including Product, Marketing and Suppliers will infuse creativity into the member experience and set you apart. You possess an unparalleled understanding of supplier and customer needs, continuously strategizing for the future of your business. Success in this role demands tenacity, analytical prowess, influence, and a competitive drive. Your executive presence will enable you to navigate complex challenges and collaborate with suppliers at all levels.
