Visual Merchandising Director directs an organization's visual merchandising department. Responsible for driving sales and profits with pricing decisions, display strategies, and events. Being a Visual Merchandising Director manages staffing strategy and decisions. Oversees regional display initiatives and ensures they correspond to overall organizational decisions and objectives.
