Visitor Research Analyst - Museum evaluates and researches visitor experiences, learning, exhibition, program etc. Utilizes findings to inform appropriate exhibit and improve museum program development. Prepares visitors reports and technical papers to suggest enhanced innovative learning environments for museum. Being a Visitor Research Analyst - Museum requires a master's degree of social science or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. The Visitor Research Analyst - Museum gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. POSITION PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Visitor Services Assistant is ensuring a high-quality visitor experience at the front desk and assisting with the Museum & Theatre operations. This position reports to the Visitor Services Manager.

CMTM has an equitable system of pay that offers a base rate based on position, longevity pay increases over time, merit based raise opportunities, and cost of living base wage updates.
