Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA)

S2Technologies is seeking a qualified ORSA to support Joint Tests (JTs) and Quick Reaction Tests (QRTs). The ORSA will advise and assist the Task Lead and Test Director, and contract team members in the planning, development, and execution of the test project with dendritic development, test design, test concept, test plan, and data management and analysis and evaluation planning and execution IAW the JT&E Handbook and the subsequent task order contract award. The ORSA will assist the Project Manager with the development of the project plan, test planning, data collection, and data management, test reports, the conduct of the Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs), Risk Reduction Events (RREs), Field Test events, and lead the team's test analysis and evaluations, and support the final out briefings of findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership. The ORSA must be knowledgeable of DOT&E test methods including the design of experiments and supporting software tools, such as SPSS and JMPS, or similar tools.
