VIDEOGRAPHER // CROSSROADS CHURCH

Crossroads Church is looking for a Videographer to create videos that tell the story of how God is moving at Crossroads. This person will assist in building and maintaining a video process that harvests creativity and authenticity. If you love pouring creative energy into making videos and are passionate about capturing other people’s stories, you may be a great candidate for this position.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Film and edit life change stories.
• Film and edit series promotional content.
• Film and edit recap videos, social posts, and other short-form videos.
• Set up and tear down all audio and video equipment needed for video shoots.
• Regularly research new technology and stay up to date with new gear.
• Identify and resolve any issues with video content in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate logistics and video shoot details.
• Design and maintain a video storage system for backup and finalized projects.
• Write necessary scripts for video projects.
• Attend weekly staff and creative meetings.
• Support other CR ministries per approval from Executive Director of Weekend Services.
• Other duties as assigned by Executive Director of Weekend Services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: 4-year bachelor’s degree in related field or 2 years’ experience in editing and directing films.

Requirements

• Highly organized
• Extensive understanding of cinema cameras
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve)
• Basic audio experience (capturing, design, editing, etc.)
• Profess a belief in Christ that is demonstrated by actively living out that faith.

Environment

· Work is accomplished primarily indoors. 

· Some travel is expected for shoots and events.

· Working extra hours can be expected at times throughout the year

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
