MRCOOL is looking for a hard working videographer to join their growing marketing team. The hire will be joining a team of two who write, shoot and edit videos to meet the company’s needs in the ad space and in the educational space. We are looking for someone willing to expand their knowledge in all facets of video production, and open to constructive criticism to elevate the work to MCCOOL's marketing standards. The ideal candidate is familiar with the adobe suite of products, interested in all facets of the production process, curious about how best to elevate a brand above its competitors and understanding how to be a productive member of a team. An eye for graphic design is also high on the list of priorities. We are open to bringing on someone below the standard 5 years of experience, as long as they can show their passion for videography and commitment to elevating their game.

Job duties include:

• Produce high quality videos showcasing the products, services and systems sold by MRCOOL and Affiliate companies
• Role will include all steps of production (scripting, planning, shooting & editing)
• You will need to have or develop skills with motion graphics to ensure videos meet our company standards.
• Maintain and Develop Good Relationships with team members from all departments (Video, Sales, R&D, Accounting, Tech, etc.).

Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years experience in filming video or a very strong portfolio of work
• Must find joy in the work of video production and happily engage with the problem solving required for its successful application.
• Must have a strong eye or interest in the evolution of graphic design
• Must have experience in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Extensive experience with camera equipment
• Must be open to learning and developing skills
• Must take feedback constructively and adjust work processes’ accordingly
