Veterinary Technician jobs in Niagara Falls, NY

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicate well with other staff members and educate pet owners both in person and over the phone
• Assist veterinarians with examinations, procedures, and surgeries
• Draw blood and run laboratory tests
• Perform dental cleanings and dental radiographs
• Assist with radiographs
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by veterinarians
• Inducing, monitoring, and recovering patients from surgery

Qualifications:

-New York State Veterinary Technician license

-Previous experience working as a Veterinary Technician preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
