Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a wide range of maintenance and repair services across our commercial properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including landscaping, pest control, gutter maintenance, and more.
- Execute one-time repairs and maintenance services on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), drywall, and site specifics.
- Handle commercial tenant finish-outs including flooring, painting, etc.
- Conduct specialized services such as asphalt repairs, seal coating, line striping, window/storefront cleaning, and power washing.
- Respond to repair needs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, glass/storefronts, drywall, and more.
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all work performed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair services, preferably in a construction or property management setting.
- Knowledge of various maintenance disciplines including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience.
