POSITION SUMMARY

Material handler is responsible for fulfilling customer orders in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. This is including, but not limited to, production line work making/forming displays, filling product for project displays, or the picking of product, packing for shipment, and shipping of finished goods material.

2nd Shift - 4:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:

•  Physically moving product as requested around the warehouse for customer’s orders or projects.
•  Quality Control checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Handling of material and product for customer orders or projects.
• Verbal and written communication in English with Operations Warehouse Personnel and Management.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

OTHER SIGNIFICANTJOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

•  Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma / GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• 2 Years of Warehouse Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.)

• Forklift experience a must.
• Physicality to lift up to 50 lbs. (Equipment or team lift required if beyond 50 lbs)  
• Attention to detail for verifying order details when picking/packing customer orders.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

• Ability to multi-task.
• Team-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
