Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
· Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with rental agency policies and regulations.

· Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or proven experience in automotive rental accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Strong knowledge of dealership accounting software.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
· Proven experience in human resources
