Partner Manager - Electric Vehicle Battery Integrations

As the Partner Manager for Electric Vehicle Battery Integrations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and efficiency of our third-party integrator network. You will be responsible for managing relationships with integrators, ensuring they meet our standards for training, quality, and certification in integrating batteries into electric vehicles.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Develop and nurture relationships with third-party integrators, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters
• Collaborate with integrators to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• In coordination with Service and Support, R&D, and Marketing, develop comprehensive training programs to educate integrators on best practices for battery integration into electric vehicles
• In coordination with Service and Support, R&D, and Marketing, develop training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure integrators are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
• Continuously assess training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
• Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures for battery integration processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure integrators adhere to quality guidelines and specifications.
• Address any quality issues promptly and work with integrators to implement corrective actions.
• Design and implement a certification program for integrators to demonstrate proficiency in battery integration.
• Evaluate integrators' performance against certification criteria and provide feedback for improvement.
• Issue certifications to integrators who meet or exceed established standards.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness, quality assurance, and certification rates.
• Generate regular reports on partnership performance and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

To excel you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in partner management, preferably in the off-highway vehicle, automotive or electric vehicle industry.
• Strong technical understanding of battery systems and electric vehicle integration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in training program development and implementation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite visits and meetings with integrators.
